The BASE provides excellent athletic, educational, and career development programming to young people from Boston and surrounding communities. Our work enables these talented youth to achieve their goals on and off the field, from attending and graduating from college to pursuing and attaining professional careers. With talent, hard work, and access to opportunities, they move forward toward financial independence, and their place as Boston’s next generation of leaders.
As years have passed, our former student-athletes have become our young professional alumni. And while we celebrate our successes, we have only just begun to shine a light on the potential our young people bring to our communities and region. We have set ambitious but achievable goals for our impact on local youth, with an emphasis on career success and health & wellness.

My brother Paul and I have seen for ourselves the incredible work that goes on at The BASE.
